Information for Landlords
At Central Housing we recognise that no two landlords have the same ideals when it comes to the management of their properties, so we make a point of tailoring our services to the specific needs of indiviual landlords.
Whether you simply want to find tenants or are looking for a professional organisation to look after every aspect of the managing of your properties, whether you are just starting out as a landlord or have a large portfolio of properties, we can help.
As our parent company is a building firm we are able to carry out all maintenance work in house, thus ensuring very competitive rates and top quality workmanship.
Our charges are based on the following:
£30 PCM for properties generating an income of up to £800 per month
£40 PCM for properties generating an income of up to £1500 per month
For student rented properties housing upto 8 students, we charge a flat annual fee of £350
For student properties housing from 8 to 15 students, we charge a flat annual fee of £380
£68.50 for the protection of one deposit per property- please note this is optional as you can choose to protect the deposit yourself - please consult us for further information on this.
Central Housing have no hidden charges for either tenants or landlords.
